How to Create Great Process Maps

In a competitive business environment, great processes are one of the things that separate the companies that succeed from those that don’t. We’ve seen it before across industries and verticals — it isn’t necessarily the most unique business models that rise to the top and stay there, but those that deliver consistency, efficiency and quality throughout the organization.

The fact is that brilliant processes can generate amazing results, while broken processes can destroy your company. And failing to enforce any consistency in the way things are done just leads to chaos and confusion.

In this webinar, we take a step back from our usual focus on NetSuite and Salesforce to look at one of the things that played a big role in the early development of our company — process mapping.

Now as in then, we believe process mapping is the backbone of any organization. Great processes increase customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, increase revenue and improve the employee experience. And process maps, such as workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures and job aids, are essential to getting there.

We cover some of the best practices for creating great process documents, and some of the things to avoid. You’ll learn from our executives’ experience in this field, and take away some helpful templates that you can use to build your own smart, efficient processes.

Implementing Smarter Processes in Enterprise Software

You don’t have to be a NetSuite or Salesforce user to benefit from this webinar — but if you are, you’ll want to stick around to the end, where we’ll discuss some of the ways you can build great processes around change management into these platforms.

This isn't necessarily an advertisement for our products; there's lots you can do, with or without Strongpoint, to enable change in your NetSuite account or Salesforce Org. Check out our blog post on Change Management for some additional recommendations.
