Marketing Coordinator (Toronto/GTA preferred)

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be working to ensure we are effectively executing on our campaigns across multiple platforms. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to support our Digital Marketing and Content Leads as they work to drive results through to sales. 

Practically speaking, this will involve:

  • Building and managing our marketing calendar (campaigns, webinars, events, etc.)
  • Working with our Digital Marketing Lead to manage and monitor ads across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Working with our Content Lead to plan and execute communications across multiple platforms (ads as outlined above, Hubspot CMS and email)
  • Owning our social media presence and building our audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
  • Helping us build out a process to effectively manage attribution and ROI of marketing spend
  • Developing growth strategies and bringing new ideas to the marketing team

Who We’re Looking For

Your Qualifications

We’d love to hear from you if you have some combination of the following: 

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing and/or communications role
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing project management
  • Experience running and monitoring Facebook/Google/LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Experience working in HubSpot
  • Experience in any capacity with NetSuite, Salesforce or SOX compliance
  • An educational background in marketing, project management or business 
  • An interest in content creation/brand management in the SaaS space

  • A full time, permanent role, currently working remotely with potential for some in-office time in the future
  • A stable (yet flexible) schedule, working Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm(ish) 
  • A competitive base salary of $60,000
